WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
No long-term commitments here! We offer month-to-month services so that you decide when you need us and when you don't. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, as well as venmo and cashapp. How you pay is up to you, but all payments are due on the first of the month. Late payments will be subject to a $20 late fee, so take advantage of our free autopay program and let us remember the bill for you!
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
We support our students! Currently enrolled students are eligible to receive a 10% discount on select* self-storage units.
*Units sized 5' x '5, 5' x 10', and 10' x 10' are eligible for the student discount.
CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE ATÂ YOUR FACILITY?
Absolutely, bring it on down! We have 14' x 40' slips available to store your boat, RV, and extra vehicles. Our facilities are gated and secure, with 24-hour camera surveillence so you can park your vehicles worry-free. We also have storage units large enough to keep your vehicle protected from the weather, subject to an additional cleaning fee upon move-out.
ARE MY STORED BELONGINGSÂ INSURED?
No, we do not insure or take responsibility for any items stored on our property. While our facilities are gated and secure, we can't protect against Mother Nature and recommend that all customers carry their own renter's insurance.
